BINSR Estimates

 

Diamond Hammer advertises for estimates provided within one business day for BINSR estimates that are submitted through our online form. By using the form, you understand and agree to the following:
 

  • “One Business Day” is based on our company business days which may not always be posted publicly. You may request these days/hours by contacting us using the information at the bottom of this document. Generally, business days can be perceived to be Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm. Diamond Hammer will not be liable for any issues that may arise due to your expectations on when an estimate shall be received. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without notice.

  • Estimates that qualify to be completed within one business day must abide by the following;

    • It must have been submitted through our web form under the BINSR Upload Section (not via email, phone, or any other communications).

    • The property must be a single-family residence.

    • You must be the seller or seller’s agent of the property in question and have uploaded all required information including an executed BINSR document that is clearly identifiable along with an Inspection Report that has pictures of all items requested for repair on the BINSR.

    • -OR- You must be authorized to provide the information on the property and pay a $75 Estimate fee (plus any applicable credit card charges) and have uploaded all required information including an Inspection Report with pictures of every requested item. You must also include an executed BINSR or detailed list of items you would like an estimate provided on.

    • If questions are emailed to the provided email in regard to your submission, that delays the process and the estimate will not be due until one business day after the response to the question is received.

 

Restricted access

 

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted.  Diamond Hammer reserves the right to restrict access to areas of this website, or indeed this entire website, at Diamond Hammer’s discretion.

 

If Diamond Hammer provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. 

 

Diamond Hammer may disable your user ID and password at Diamond Hammer’s sole discretion without notice or explanation.
